The St. Vincent Ferrer Early Childhood Program is designed to provide a loving and academically rich preschool and pre-kindergarten experience, in a faith-filled setting, for children ages 3 ½-5 ½. The Preschool class is for potty-trained children that will turn 3 ½ prior to May 31st, and the Pre-K class is for children that turn 4 ½ prior to May 31st. St. Vincent Ferrer’s Early Childhood program is 5 days a week, with full and half-day options available to meet your family’s needs.
The Early Childhood curriculum is presented in thematic units and is aligned with the Archdiocesan Graded Course of Study, and includes Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Social and Emotional Learning, and Religion. Snack is served in the mornings. Students staying for the full-day program may pack or purchase their lunches. After quiet time, full-day students have the opportunity to attend classes such as Music, Art, Physical Education, and Bible class.
