Program Overview
Junior High at St. Vincent Ferrer prepares our students for both high school and a fuller Christian life. We work to teach our young people to study, push themselves academically, take ownership of their learning, grow as young men and women of Christ, lead with a servant's heart, and foster students' relationships with themselves and others. We emphasize personal responsibility, leadership, kindness, and hard work. As a junior high school, we celebrate our successes and learn from our failures together. There is a strong focus in junior high on developing leadership skills through service to others. Our goal is to set our students up for success academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually in high school and beyond. At St. Vincent Ferrer School, 90-100% of our graduating students attend a local Catholic High School. We are proud to say that our students are admitted to their first-choice high school, with an average of 50% receiving merit-based scholarships. |
