If you are interested in enrolling your child in preschool please stop in at the school office to pick up the New Student Screening Kindergarten Form.
Once you fill out the New Student Screening Kindergarten Form, all students will be screened by the intervention specialist or the kindergarten teacher to ensure academic success.
After the academic screening and all steps have been completed on the New Student Screening Kindergarten Form, you will be contacted about your child's admission.
1st- 8th Grades: 1. Contact the school at 791-6320 to schedule a tour. If parents are interested in moving forward with the enrollment process, they are given a form to sign, which gives us permission to screen their child. The following is a list of documents that are to be provided to the school at this time.
A copy of most recent standardized achievement test scores.
A copy of the most recent cognitive abilities test scores.
A copy of the most recent and the previous year’s progress report/report card.
If your child receives Tier II or Tier III support in addition to typical classroom instruction, a copy of the most recent progress report.
Copies of any psychological/psychoeducational testing/reports.
2. An academic screening will be scheduled once all documentation has been received. 3. After screening has been completed, an academic review of the student profile will take place. 4. Parents are then notified of the results.
